Bart de craene works for the European Headquarters of Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT), a company creating business advantages for laboratory-dependent organizations to enable significant advancement in healthcare delivery, environmental management, food safety and water quality.
In his current role as Waters Global Services Manager he is responsible for Operational Excellence and Customer Experience Management within the EMEIA region. He has a strong interest in customer-focused BPM and Performance Management as key facilitators for transforming the Customer Service business.
